Our orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivered within 3 to 5 business days depending on the destination. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?
At Al Hijab, customer satisfaction is our priority.
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect.
For hygiene and quality reasons, our scarves and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect found upon delivery.
What should I do if my item is defective or damaged?
If an item has a defect, contact us within 14 days at alhijab.fr@gmail.com , specifying your order number and attaching a photo of the product concerned.
After validation by our team, you will receive return instructions tailored to your situation.

Our hijabs are made from a fluid, lightweight, and stretchy material composed of 93% polyester and 7% spandex. This fabric offers exceptional comfort while remaining elegant and easy to tie.
Are your hijabs opaque?
Yes! Our hijabs are completely opaque, even without a bonnet, while remaining breathable and comfortable to wear all day.
How do I care for my hijab?
Wash your hijab at a maximum of 30°C, preferably by hand or on a delicate cycle. Avoid tumble drying and direct ironing to preserve the softness and elasticity of the fabric.
