All orders are prepared and shipped within an average of 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options through our trusted shipping partners:

  • Colissimo (La Poste) – home delivery with tracking.

  • Mondial Relay – delivery to a pickup point with tracking.

The delivery method can be selected during checkout.

 

3. Delivery Times

  • Colissimo France: approximately 2 to 4 business days.

     

  • Mondial Relay: approximately 3 to 5 business days.

These timeframes are provided for reference only and may vary depending on the destination and time of year.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s delivery in real time.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on the chosen carrier and destination.

  • Colissimo Standard (France): €7.99

  • Colissimo Express (France): €10.99

  • Mondial Relay: €5.99


6. Delays and Lost Packages

Al Hijab cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or for packages marked as delivered but not received.
