These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the Al Hijab website.

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer in the context of online sales of hijabs and accessories offered by Al Hijab.

 

Article 2 – Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), tax included (VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code).
The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

 

Article 3 – Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
It can be made using any of the payment methods available on the website (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

 

Article 4 – Delivery

Orders are prepared within 2 to 4 business days after confirmation.
Delivery is handled by the carrier selected at checkout (e.g. Colissimo, Mondial Relay).
Al Hijab cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the order, applicable only to items that are unused, unworn, and undamaged.
For hygiene reasons, hijabs that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned or exchanged.

Article 6 – Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, reported within 14 days of receipt.
In such cases, Al Hijab will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Article 7 – Personal Data

The personal information collected is necessary for order processing and customer management.
It is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.
